We are Netfluential, a dynamic insights consultancy in Central London with a specialist online focus. We work with leading brands across a range of sectors including tech, finance and entertainment to help them understand their customers, develop new products and create communication that cuts through.

We are looking for a bright, curious and switched-on graduate who has the ambition to use their design, graphic and visualisation skills to transform our work into art (well beautifully looking webpages, video, PowerPoint, e-magazines etc.)!


The role

For this role we are looking for someone who is highly creative and someone who is very adept at being able to visually communicate complex ideas. To prosper at Netfluential you need to be a quick learner, flexible, tech-savvy and prepared to work hard to achieve your goals. As part of our team you will be responsible for the clear and engaging layout of research reports and marketing materials that we produce. You will work with the team to interpret requirements and produce visual communications materials – for example; sales literature, conference materials, debrief and proposal presentation design/ layouts and other creative solutions as required. The role has a strong emphasis on design for layout.

Other duties may involve assisting with the development and maintenance of our website where needed, e.g. updating news, events and blogs. Additionally, you may get the opportunity to assist with multimedia projects, developing skills in moving graphics, photography and video solutions.



  • First degree (2.1 or above) in a relevant subject

  • Excellent digital skills - Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. A working understanding of Illustrator (desirable)

  • A good eye for photography - for use on the website and social media (desirable)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent organisation and planning skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and specific project briefs

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work across the team

  • Confident in using digital and social media platforms

Candidates will need to show a portfolio of work at their interview that demonstrates their skill and creativity.



  • £23,000 per annum, pension, mobile phone plus contract, life insurance and private healthcare, training courses & profit share.
