Terms & Conditions for WaterAid survey
The promoters of this free prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is WaterAid. Registered in England and Wales under charity number 288701; Scotland SC039479. Whose Registered office is 47-49 Durham Street, London, SE11 5JD (collectively or individually the “Promoter”).
Employees of the Promoter and/or Netfluential (the “Administrator”) or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Prize Draw or helping to set up the Prize Draw shall not be permitted to enter the Prize Draw.
The Prize is a Luxury Chocolate Hamper, kindly donated by our friends at Divine (approximately £30 in value)
There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
Entry to the Prize Draw is open to survey participants aged over 18 who are residents of the UK and is automatic upon opting into the Prize Draw during the survey and completing the survey. All participants are only permitted one entry into the Prize Draw.
The closing date to enter the Prize Draw is Thursday 31st August 2019. Any entries received after this date will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Prize Draw.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen at random by the Promotor from all entries received and verified by the Administrator and/or its agents.
The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the relevant winner and pick a replacement winner if the winners cannot be contacted and/or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification.
The Promoter will notify the winners by email or phone and the prize will be delivered to an address provided by the winner.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter and Administrator accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by entrants as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.
The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. By completing the survey the winners agree that their names may be made available to anyone who asks for the identity of the winners (see Condition 15).
The winners’ names will be available upon request for ninety (90) days after the closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: “WaterAid Winner List Request”, Netfluential, 2 Riding House Street, Henry Wood House, London W1W 7FA, UK
Entry into the Prize Draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
