About us

We are Netfluential, a dynamic market research agency in Central London with a specialist online focus and we are looking for a bright, curious and switched-on graduate for an entry level position to start at any point from April to September 2022.

We work with the leading brands across a range of sectors including tech, finance, sport and entertainment to help them understand their customers, develop new products, communicate with people and much more.

 

The role

 The role involves:

  • Programming online surveys, setting up online forum discussions and other project management duties

  • Data processing and analysis of survey data (experience with SPSS or similar packages is desirable but not essential)

  • Assisting with online qualitative forum moderation and analysis of contributions

  • Conducting depth interviews and contributing to analysis

  • Helping to create reports and presentations in PowerPoint

  • Managing online panels and communities

Requirements

  • First degree (2.1 or above) in a relevant degree (Psychology, Sociology, Maths, Economics, Business Studies etc.)

  • Highly numerate

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Good people skills

  • Experience of using software and computer systems

  • Additional skills such as second languages, advanced statistics or graphic design would be an advantage

Package

  • £25,000 per annum, pension, mobile phone plus contract, life insurance and private healthcare, training courses & generous profit share.
